Work Readiness Training (WRT)
The skills and behaviors students need to meet the expectations of working life.
Work Readiness Training prepares students with the skills and behaviors necessary for employment — interviewing, resume writing, problem solving, communication, soft skills, employability skills, and job-readiness skills — alongside the habits working life expects: punctuality, dependability, following instructions, and teamwork.
