Kathryn L. Reed, MS, SES
President / CEO
Kathryn brings more than fourteen years of experience providing employment services, workforce development, and supported employment to individuals with disabilities and other underserved populations. Her background spans federal law enforcement, workforce development, vocational rehabilitation services, and community engagement. She founded NDCS to help youth and adults discover their strengths, overcome barriers, and achieve meaningful employment.
